What genre is this course for?

This course is not genre-specific. Everything you learn can be applied to any electronic genre.

Do I have to finish the course in 7 days?

No. The course is entirely pre-recorded and self-paced, so you can go through it as quickly or as slowly as you like.

 

If you want to go through the entire course in just 7 Days, I've made sure it won't take longer than 1-4~ hours every day to properly complete every video and exercise/assignment.

I'm a beginner, can I still take this course?

You're expected to at least know the basics of your DAW before this course. If you already know that, you'll fit perfectly for the course.

What plugins, synths, and tools are required for the course?

The best producers in the world use third-party plugins, so, naturally, I will be using them too. Serum and Sylenth1 are used a lot as synths and plugins from Fab Filter, Izotope and a few others. However, there is always an alternative, free or cheap plugin you can use to achieve similar results.

Does it matter which DAW I use?

No, the course is taught in Fl Studio but everything that is taught can be applied to any DAW.

Can't I learn all of this on Youtube?

Youtube is amazing and has a lot of great tutorials. But the problem with it is that you'll waste dozens of hours learning the same thing or searching for tutorials only to find partial answers. You also have no idea if the advice you get is actually good or correct, since there is an abundance of average producers out there that can take you on a path of wrong habits and techniques that will waste your time.
